- Real estate that cash flows well
- indexed ETFs
- concentrated position in Tesla
- concentrated position in Palantir
Why the concentrated position? Because they are amazing companies uniquely positioned for success in my opinion. I want to own them.

The stock may look expensive if you're looking only at the car business, but $TSLA is cheap if you consider the robotaxi potential.
